"Their client backed into me in city hall parking lot and crashed my arm between our cars. Police came got the guys info for me and state farm let him lie and would even look at the damage their client did to my car after they pretended they were sending out an adjuster. They never showed and state farm acted like they never heard of me. Total scam. But if you want a company that will allow you to damage peoples cars and person and not take responsibility, this is the company you should go with."
